The questions we get most. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call — we'd rather answer once, in person, than write 200 FAQs nobody reads.
Every install is custom-scoped, with a written timeline on day one. What that timeline looks like depends on your shop — what we're building, which tools we're integrating with, how clean your data is. We don't quote a generic "X days" promise because we don't sell a generic install.
What we commit to: a written scope and a written launch window the moment we sign. We don't pad it, we don't sandbag it, and if the build needs to grow mid-flight we tell you why and we tell you the cost before we touch it.
We build the system on tools you already use — your CRM, your inbox, your phone system, your job-management software. We plug it in, train you on it, document everything as we go, and run it with you.
This isn't a one-and-done project. We do white-glove onboarding — we stay close, tune the system on real data, and make sure you and your team actually use it. The point is to leave you with a system that runs your business, not a config file that sits on a shelf.
The launch is the start of operations, not the finish line. We shift straight into ongoing onboarding — weekly tuning sessions, expansion of workflows, monitoring how the system behaves on real-world inputs, building out the custom pieces that take longer to spec correctly.
You own the system. You own the data. You own the workflows. We're the team that keeps it sharp. No lock-in — if you ever fire us, everything keeps running on your accounts.
We tell you the moment we see it, before we touch the work. New scope means a new line item with a new number and a new timeline impact — written, signed off by you, then we build. We don't surprise-bill and we don't slip the launch quietly.
The reverse is also true: if we discover something we scoped wasn't needed, that comes off the bill. We'd rather ship clean than pad an invoice.
50% deposit at signing. 50% invoiced at launch. Real talk: building custom AI takes real labor up front — we've got to commit time, tools, and head-space to your shop before anything goes live. The deposit is what unlocks that work. The remaining half doesn't bill until the system is up and running.
After launch, ongoing onboarding is its own scope and billed separately on whatever cadence we agree on (typically monthly). No surprise charges. No invoices for scope you didn't sign off on. Everything in writing before we touch it.
Inside your own accounts. Your Google Workspace, your CRM, your servers, your tools. We don't host your data on Anados-owned infrastructure.
If you specifically need an air-gapped or on-prem deployment (Sovereign tier), we do that too — book a call and mention it.
Whatever you grant us access to, and only that. We use scoped credentials, work in test environments first, and revoke our access at handoff. NDA before kickoff if you want one — we have a template.
Customer data stays in your systems. We architect installs so AI providers process the minimum payload necessary — and for sensitive workloads (healthcare, legal, financial) we use models with no-training-on-input guarantees, or run local models. We'll walk you through the data path on the call.
Almost certainly yes. We work with anything that has an API or a connector ecosystem (Zapier, Make, n8n) — that's basically every modern tool. If your tool doesn't, we'll tell you on the discovery call before you spend a dollar.
Yes. The system, the prompts, the workflows, the credentials, the documentation — all yours. If you fired us tomorrow, the system would keep running. That's by design.
We architect installs to be provider-flexible. Most use 2-3 different AI providers under the hood — if one changes, the system rolls over without you noticing.
You're not on your own when something breaks. Ongoing onboarding clients get same-day response on outages — that's part of what we do.
Yes — for clients whose work demands air-gapped AI on their own hardware. Common in healthcare, legal, financial services, and government-adjacent work. This is a different conversation than our standard installs. Book a call and mention it up front.
We're US-based and every install we've done so far has been US-based. We're open to scoping work outside the US — we just haven't done it yet, so we'll be honest about it on the call. If you're an international operator and want to be one of our first cross-border installs, let's talk.
Not what we do. We're an installation company, not a training company. If you want a workshop or a course, we can recommend folks. If you want a system installed, that's us.
Pricing depends on scope, integrations, and which tier fits — Ignition, Operator, or Command. Rather than publish numbers that don't apply to your situation, we run a 30-minute call, scope it honestly, and quote you in writing within 48 hours.
30 minutes. Free. We'd rather answer in person than guess what you'd want to know.
