These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anados.net and any services offered by Anados LLC. Read them. They're a real agreement.
Nobody reads these. We get it. So before the legalese, the three things that actually matter:
By accessing or using anados.net (the "Site"), booking a call, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms form a binding contract between you ("you") and Anados LLC ("Anados," "we," "us," or "our"). If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Anados LLC is an Alabama limited liability company that designs, builds, and installs custom artificial intelligence and automation systems for service businesses, including trade and contracting businesses. We use the Site to describe our work, share educational content, accept inquiries, and book introductory calls.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes only.
The Site is intended for business users in the United States who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, internal business evaluation of our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
The Site is not a place where you can purchase services directly. Anados services — including discovery calls, scoping, builds, installs, ongoing support, and any related deliverables (collectively, the "Services") — are provided pursuant to a separate written engagement document such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or order form (each, an "Engagement Agreement").
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement controls with respect to the Services described in it.
Booking a discovery call through the Site does not by itself create an obligation for Anados to perform Services or to enter into an Engagement Agreement.
Any fees, setup amounts, monthly retainers, refund policies, refund eligibility windows, and payment terms are set out in your Engagement Agreement. The Site may describe general pricing tiers; those descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, quotation, or binding commitment. The pricing that applies to you is the pricing in your signed Engagement Agreement.
Any "money-back," "refund," or "risk-free" language used in marketing materials applies only as expressly defined in your Engagement Agreement and is subject to the conditions stated there.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, marks, designs, code, illustrations, and the "anados" name and wordmark — is owned by or licensed to Anados and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Ownership of deliverables produced under an Engagement Agreement is governed by that Engagement Agreement.
When you submit information through the Site — for example by booking a call, filling in a contact form, or otherwise communicating with us — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Anados a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of responding to you, providing Services, complying with law, and operating our business. We handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal health information, government identifiers, or payment card data through the Site's public forms. Sensitive information should be exchanged only through a signed Engagement Agreement with appropriate confidentiality terms.
By providing your contact information through the Site, a landing page, a lead form (including a Meta lead ad form), or any other inquiry channel, you agree that Anados may contact you by email, telephone, or text message about our Services, including for marketing and follow-up purposes.
Email. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link or by emailing hi@anados.net with the subject line "Unsubscribe."
Text messages. If you give us a mobile phone number, you consent to receive non-marketing operational messages (such as appointment confirmations) and, where you opt in, marketing text messages from Anados. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from a given number, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Telephone. If you give us a phone number through a lead form or call-booking widget, you consent to be contacted by phone (including by automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages where permitted by law) at that number regarding our Services. You can withdraw this consent at any time by asking us to stop, or by emailing hi@anados.net.
These consents are required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and similar state laws. We do not sell your contact information to third parties.
Important — please read.
Any examples, case studies, projections, time-saved figures, revenue figures, "value comparisons," or other results described on the Site, in marketing materials, in advertisements (including Meta and Google ads), or in conversations with us are illustrative only and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation that you will achieve similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors that are outside of Anados's control, including your industry, market conditions, your team's execution, your existing systems, and the effort you put into the implementation.
Anados does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, return on investment, lead volume, conversion rate, hours saved, or other business result. You should not make business decisions based on the assumption that any specific result described in marketing materials will be your result.
Testimonials, case studies, screenshots, quotes, and endorsements that appear on the Site or in marketing materials reflect the real experiences of real people, but those experiences are not typical and do not constitute a promise that you will have the same experience. Where required by the Federal Trade Commission, we will disclose any material connection between Anados and a person providing a testimonial. Testimonials may be edited for length or clarity.
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including a calendar booking tool. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Linking to or embedding a third-party service is not an endorsement.
You agree not to:
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, anados disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Anados does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any reliance on material on the site is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will anados, its members, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if anados has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Anados's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising under a separate engagement agreement is governed by that agreement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anados and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any information you submit through the Site; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, the role of cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) on the Site, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Alabama have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You and Anados agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
Any claim against Anados arising out of or related to the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable additional notice (such as a notice on the Site or an email to recent contacts). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Engagement Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Anados about the Site, and they supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals on the same subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
