01Scope & Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Anados LLC ("Anados," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with anados.net (the "Site"), our landing pages, our lead forms (including Meta lead ad forms), and our services. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service.

02Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you book a call, fill in a contact form, submit a lead form (including a Meta lead ad form), email us, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect:

• Identifiers — name, email address, telephone number, company name, job role, and any other information you choose to provide;
• Business context — your industry, company size, current systems, challenges, goals, and similar information you share so we can decide whether we're a fit;
• Scheduling information — preferred times, timezone, and any context you add when booking a call through our calendar widget.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect:

• Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language preferences, referring URL;
• Usage data — pages you view, links you click, time spent on each page, scroll depth, and similar engagement signals;
• Cookie and pixel identifiers — small identifiers placed in your browser to enable site functionality, measure performance, and support advertising (see Sections 04 and 05).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from third-party services we use, such as our calendar booking provider (after you book a call), email and ad platforms (such as engagement events from our Meta Pixel and Meta lead ads), and publicly available business directories we may use to enrich a lead record.

03How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls;
• Provide our services and communicate with current or prospective clients;
• Send marketing communications about our services (with the consents described in our Terms);
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing — including running, optimizing, and attributing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google;
• Build audiences for advertising — including custom audiences and lookalike audiences on advertising platforms — using the data described in Sections 04 and 05;
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect against fraud and abuse.

04Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies on the Site. They generally fall into three buckets:

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.

05Meta Pixel & Ad Platforms

We use the Meta Pixel (a small piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that operates Facebook and Instagram) and we may use similar tools provided by other ad platforms (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or TikTok Pixel) on the Site.

When you visit pages on our Site, these tools may collect:

• Your IP address and approximate location;
• Your browser, device, and operating system;
• Pages you visited, buttons you clicked, forms you submitted, and similar engagement events;
• Hashed identifiers (such as a hashed version of your email or phone number) when you provide them through a form or lead ad, which the ad platform uses to match you to its records for attribution and ad targeting.

We use this information to (a) measure the effectiveness of our advertising, (b) understand how visitors from a given campaign behave on the Site, (c) build custom audiences and lookalike audiences of people who behave similarly to engaged visitors, and (d) retarget visitors who didn't book a call.

Meta and other ad platforms are separate controllers of the data they receive from these tools and use it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. You can learn more, and adjust your preferences, at the links in Section 08.

06How We Share Information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us run our business — for example, our website host, email provider, calendar booking provider, CRM, payment processor, and analytics tools. These providers are only allowed to use the information to perform services for us.
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) for the purposes described in Section 05 — measurement, attribution, audience building, and retargeting. This is the standard operation of digital advertising and is not a "sale" of your personal information for purposes of California's CCPA (see Section 09).
• Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anados, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of all or substantially all of our assets, or similar transaction, in which case the recipient will be subject to substantially the same protections set out in this Policy.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Use it, and we'll stop. You can also email hi@anados.net with the subject "Unsubscribe."

Text messages

Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages from a given number.

Ad targeting

You have several ways to limit the use of your information for ad targeting:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Manage your ad preferences inside Settings > Ads on Facebook or Instagram, or visit facebook.com/about/ads.
• Google: Manage your ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Industry opt-out tools: Visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out at optout.networkadvertising.org.
• Browser: Most browsers let you block cookies, clear cookies, or send a "Do Not Track" signal. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals because no industry standard exists, but other settings above will limit our ad targeting of you.

Access, correction, deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@anados.net with the subject "Privacy Request" and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

09California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the following rights:

• Right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
• Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. To the extent that our use of advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel) is considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, you may opt out by emailing hi@anados.net with the subject "Do Not Share — CA," and by following the ad-platform opt-outs in Section 08;
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right to be exercised);
• Right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hi@anados.net. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, subject to our verification.

10EU / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), and restriction of processing;
• Data portability;
• Objection to processing, including processing for direct marketing;
• Withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our legal bases for processing your personal data are: (a) your consent (for marketing and for non-essential cookies); (b) the necessity of processing for entering into or performing a contract with you; (c) compliance with our legal obligations; and (d) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business, balanced against your rights and freedoms.

11Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The actual retention period depends on the type of information and the context — for example, contact records of people who never engaged with us are typically deleted within 24 months of last contact, while records of paying clients are retained for longer to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal-defense requirements.

12Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to maintain practices that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.

13Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact hi@anados.net and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14International Transfers

Anados is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

15Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party websites and embeds a third-party calendar booking tool. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Review their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.

16Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable additional notice (such as a notice on the Site or an email). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Policy means you accept the updated Policy.
